Who we are
Our Creative Works, LLC (“Our Creative Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a technology and design company based in Anna, Ohio. This policy covers ourcreativeworks.com, the services we provide through it, and our messaging programs.
Information we collect
When you contact us
Our contact and project forms collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and your message. We collect it so we can reply to you and understand what you need.
When you visit the site
We run our own first-party analytics rather than a third-party tracking service. We record which pages are viewed, which industry searches are performed, and which steps of a conversion path are reached.
We do not store your IP address, your browser user agent, or any advertising or tracking cookie. To connect the steps of a single visit, we generate a one-way hash of your network address and browser details combined with the current date and a secret key. That value cannot be reversed, it changes every night, and it is never linked to your identity. Analytics records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing at all. We honour those signals automatically; you do not have to ask.
When you use Ask Avery on our website
Our website assistant stores the messages you send so the conversation makes sense from one turn to the next. Conversations are kept for 14 days and then deleted. They are associated with the same rotating daily hash described above — not with your name, your account, or your device.
To generate a reply, the text of your conversation is sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider that operates the underlying language model. We do not send them your name, email address, phone number, or IP address.
When you call or message us
If you call a number we operate, or exchange text messages with us, we keep a record of the call or message and the information you provide during it so that we can follow up. Where a call is handled by our AI receptionist product, a written summary of the call is produced and delivered to the business you were calling.
Mobile messaging and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will state it plainly as well. Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages from us are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone for their own marketing purposes. They are not shared with affiliates for marketing purposes. They are not shared with data brokers or lead-generation companies under any circumstances.
The only parties who ever handle your mobile number are the telecommunications and messaging providers we use to deliver a message to your handset, and they may use it only for that delivery. They are contractually prohibited from using it for anything else.
We use mobile numbers only to send the messages you asked for: replies to your enquiry, appointment and callback confirmations, service and account notifications, and customer support. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of providers to run this site and our services. Each may process information only to perform the work we hire them for:
- Hosting and network security. Our web host, and Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from automated abuse.
- Form protection. Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from bots on our forms.
- Web fonts. Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading a font makes a request from your browser to Google.
- Artificial intelligence. A third-party model provider that generates replies for our website assistant and our AI receptionist product.
- Email and messaging delivery. The providers that carry our email and text messages.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. This is rare, and we will not volunteer your information otherwise.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser may store a preference locally — a light or dark theme choice, for example — but that stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
How long we keep information
- Analytics records: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Website assistant conversations: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
- Enquiries and correspondence: as long as needed to serve you and to keep proper business records.
Your choices and your rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
- Email: tell us and we will stop, or use any unsubscribe link provided.
- Analytics: enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser and we will not record your visit.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information. We honour those requests regardless of where you live — ask, and we will act on it.
Security
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection. The databases holding enquiries and conversations are stored outside the public web root and are not reachable from the internet. No system is perfect and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle mobile information will be posted here before they take effect.
